I bought this kimchi so that I could make gluten free bacon kimchi fried rice for a close friend's bbq get-together. Suffice it to say, the guests loved it. Consensus was that it was light and refreshing with a good amount of crunch. The only criticism is that it could be a bit more spicy. All told, will definitely buy again soon.

This is honestly the best kimchee I’ve ever eaten - vegan or otherwise. Very fresh and full of rich flavor at the same time. I had a taste in a store and immediately bought the big $25 bottle. Going to order some more right now!
