INGREDIENTS: Napa cabbage, Korean radish, onion, green onion, garlic, ginger, stock (shiitake mushroom, kelp, Korean radish, onion, green cabbage), sweet rice flour, gochugaru (red pepper flakes), kosher salt, sugar.

This is easily the freshest, tastiest and best textured kimchi in Toronto. I crave it when I run out, and I put it on everything! I also love that jacquie is carrying on a family tradition, and it's so convenient to have it delivered!! (oh and the kimchi pancakes are SO good)
